Parenting, Assessment, & Consultation

Parenting Therapy
I provide therapy for parents of 3-9 year old children with emotion and behavioral regulation difficulties. Some of the children have ADHD.

Assessment for Children and Adults.
I provide assessments for child, adolescent, and adult students with suspected or established ADHD and/or learning disorders. These assessments are used by K-12 schools to develop IEP’s and accommodations plans. They are used to support the need for testing accommodations for entrance testing, college, graduate school, and professional licensure exams, for example state bar exams.

I sometimes conduct briefer ADHD evaluations for young children who do not show signs of learning issues and ADHD assessments for adults in need of only a diagnostic assessment.

Consultation.
For K-12 students who I evaluate, I often provide consultation at school IEP or 504 (accommodations/modifications) meetings.

I also consult with parents about school placement.
